W.Bro. David Zellers was raised to the Degree of Master Mason in Terre Haute Lodge No. 19 in 2016 and has since served in various officer positions up through Senior Warden. David works full time for the Indiana Department of Corrections
Bro. Mike had the honor of being raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason on the 200th Anniversary of the Lodge's Charter, September 13, 2021. Mike served in the United States Army in Field Artillery from December 1995 to September 1999, and then Military Police from September 1999 to October 2003 and afterward started a career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where he now works as a the Warehouse Supervisor for Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute, and is also a Trustee for the Employees Club at FCC Terre Hautee. Mike is a proud parent of two boys and in his free time enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
Bro. Cody, along with his brother Dawson, have joined their father, Bro. Frank Patterson as members of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, F. & A. M., and took his Master Mason Degree in 2022. After a few months filling in as Junior Deacon in 2023 Cody progressed to the Senior Deacon's chair in 2024 and has now been elected at the Junior Warden for 2025. Cody works in the Information Technology field currently working for Joink Trusted Technology Solutions. Outside of work and Lodge Cody is pursuing his Master's Degree at Indiana State University in Computer Science. Cody is also working towards earning his private pilot's license and is interested in joining the U.S. Air Force after the completion of his degree and flight training with the eventual goal of becoming an astronaut and one of the first 100 people to go to Mars.
W. Bro. Ian is the 139th unique Master of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, F. & A. M., having served in the East in 2016, 2019, 2021, and 2022. This year will mark Ian's second year sitting behind the treasurers desk. Terre Haute Lodge is the home lodge to W. Bro. Ian, having been raised in 2008. Ian is a letter carrier with the United States Postal Service by day and moonlights as a trombone and tuba player for the Lafayette Citizen's Band, Marshall City Band (IL), Terre Haute Community Band, ISU Concert Band, and The Indianapolis Trombone Choir. A collection of Ian's musical abilities can be found on his YouTube channel. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree is Music Education from Indiana State University, and a Master's Degree in Music Performance from Ithaca College. Ian is the proud father to one son.
W. Bro. Jordan was the 138th unique Master of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, F. & A. M., having served in 2015. 2024 will be Jordan's first year sitting behind the Secretary's Desk at Number 19, having previously served as Treasurer (2016-2017), in additional to the other elected offices, and many of the appointed offices of the Lodge. Terre Haute Lodge is the home Lodge of W. Bro. Jordan, having been raised in 2010. Jordan works as a Culinary Vocational Technology Instructor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and holds several professional culinary certifications including Certified Executive Chef & Certified Culinary Administrator with the American Culinary Federation, and Certified Dietary Manager/Certified Food Protection Professional through the Association of Nutrition & Food Service Professionals. Jordan holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Western Governor's University. Jordan is married withs one daughter and enjoys traveling, dining at fine restaurants, and taking in stage performances.
W. Bro. Matt was the 137th unique Master of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, F. & A. M., having served in that position in 2013, 2014, 2017, and 2024. Before becoming a plural member at Terre Haute Lodge in 2009, Matt served in the East at his home Lodge, Riley Lodge No. 390, F. & A. M. in 2004, where he was raised in 2000. Matt is also a Charter Member of Double Eagle Lodge No. 773, F. & A. M., serving as its Worshipful Master in 2021. In 2022, Matt was awarded the Order of Service to Masonry (OSM) by Grand Master Daniel L. Martin and the Grand Lodge of Indiana at its Annual Communication. Among many other Masonic memberships and accolades, Matthew is a recipient of the Knight York Cross of Honor, the Order of the Purple Cross, and the Knights Templar Cross of Honor. In 2024 Matthew was elected to receive the 33rd Degree by the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis at the August 2025 session of the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction in Indianapolis. He has also served as the Commander-in-Chief (2021-22) of the Indiana Consistory, Valley of Indianapolis AASR, and is a Grand Lodge of Indiana Ultimate Master Ritualist. In 2015, he was named a Worshipful Master Emeritus of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, as well as Ambassador to the York Rite Sovereign College of North America. Matt holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Anthropology from Indiana State University and a Master's of Philosophy Degree in Historic Archeology from the University of Cambridge. He is currently employed by the Indianapolis Scottish Rite Cathedral as the Manager of Auditorium Operations. In his non-Masonic free time, Matt enjoys woodworking and turning, having made custom gavels for many of the Master's of Terre Haute Lodge.
W. Bro. Chris was the 141st unique Master of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, F. & A. M., serving in that role in the year 2020, and has since served the Lodge as the Tyler, Chaplain, and Junior Deacon. Chris transferred into Terre Haute Lodge in 2014 after being raised in Social Lodge No. 86, where he signed the petition of his father Leonard, earlier that year. Chris received a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Indiana State University in 2014, and currently works as a System Administrator at Rose-Human Institute of Technology. Chris and his wife Emily have one daughter, and he enjoys board games, acting in stage productions at the Community Theatre of Terre Haute, tending to his honey bees, making custom leather goods, and spending time with his family.
Bro. Michael Nichols was raised in Terre Haute Lodge No. 19 on October 8, 2024 and then served th Lodge by filling a vacancy in the Office of Junior Steward. Mike has worked in many different forms of security through the years including the Indiana Department of Corrections for 2 years and security details for NASA, where he was the escort and carrier of some very rare moon rocks that were displayed around the Terre Haute area. He also served with the West Terre Haute Police Department for 2 years as a reserve officer. Brother Nichols works as a material handler and forklift operator at Great Dane Trailers and enjoys spending time on his motorcycle, SCUBA Diving, and with his family. Bro. Nichols decided to join Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, in part, because of his grandfather, Myron Eugene Johnson, who was a Past Master of Number 19.
W. Bro. Bruce was the 134th Unique Master of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, F. & A. M., serving in the East in 2007. Bruce served Terre Haute Lodge faithfully as Secretary from 2014 through 2023. Terre Haute Lodge is Bruce's home lodge, being raised in 1976. Among many other Masonic accomplishments, Bruce is a 33rd Degree Scottish Rite Mason (class of 1987) and a Past Potentate of Zorah Shrine (2004), Grand Steward and Tyler (2007), and the Ambassador from the Grand Lodge of Indiana to the United Grand Lodges of Germany (2008-Present). At the 2024 Grand Lodge of Indiana Annual Communication W.Bro. Bruce was honored to receive the second highest award issued by the Grand Lodge of India for his years of service to the Craft and his community, the Order of Service to Masonry (OSM). While stationed in Germany in the United States Army, Bruce met his lovely wife Gisela and they, together, have 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. Bruce retired from Eli Lily Elanco Labs in Clinton and Gisela has since kept him constantly busy with home renovation projects. Bruce has picked up a retirement career as an actor working with Dreams Come True Productions on movies to include: Guilty (2012), Smoke & Mirrors (2013), Vanished (2014), My Mother's Replacement (2015), The Promise (2017), A Second Chance (2018), and The Text (filming).
Bro. Olusola (aka "O.") relocated to the United States from Nigeria, where he was born and raised, in October of 2016. In Nigeria Bro. O studied and obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Law in 2007 and passed the Nigerian Bar Exams in 2009. O's area of practice in Nigeria was focused on Copyrights and Patent Law. After moving to the US, Olusola joined the Indiana Department of Corrections in January of 2018 and, in 2020 was recognized by being promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2020. He is an active squad member of the Indiana Emergency Response Team (ESQUAD) and has had the privilege of obtaining several professional certifications with the department of corrections, with the most recent being received upon graduating from the Indiana Leadership Academy in 2023. In his free time Olusola enjoys spending time with his wife and children and watching and playing soccer. Brother O was raised to the Degree of Master Mason in Terre Haute Lodge No. 19 on October 8, 2024.
Bro. Cory is the youngest Officer of the Lodge in Masonic age, being raised to the Degree of Master Mason on November 19, 2024.
Cory decided to join Terre Haute Lodge No. 19, in part, because of his grandfather who raised him, Myron Eugene Johnson, who was a Past Master of Number 19.
W. Bro. Jim was raised in Euclid Lodge No. 573 and served that Lodge as Worshipful Master in 1987. Since the merger of Euclid Lodge No. 573 and Terre Haute Lodge No. 19 in 2005, W.Bro. Jim has been a member of this Lodge. Jim has served the community as an Indiana State University Police Officer, Director of the Catholic Charities Terre Haute Ryves Hall Youth Center, and Executive Director of Wabash Valley Habitat for Humanity where he left a positive mark before deciding to retire for good. Now that Jim is retired he has found time to assist the Lodge including serving as the representative to the Vigo county Association of Actual Past Masters. In his free time Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and granddaughter.
